I received a strange email from Britt Assist, is it spam?

Britt Assist works hard to ensure safe and secure systems for communication. Our official email is info@brittassist.com and all social media platforms are @brittassistllc. If you receive a message on behalf of BRITT ASSIST, LLC requesting personal information such as card numbers, socials, usernames, and passwords, report it to us immediately via email.
Can my partner provide or request information about my service?

Yes with permission from the original contract signer. All parties that need to be included in the project should be present in the initial virtual meeting.
Does Britt Assist offer payment plans?

All packages currently have have payment plan options.
How much are you website services?

Website creations start at $1,800. At this time revamps are not currently offered. What you'll receive: *Customized Layout *Unlimited Features (blog, store, events, forums, pop up banners, customer chat, menus, etc) *Data Dashboard (track site visitors, purchases, left carts, etc) *Sale Channel Set Up (amazon, ebay, etc) *Payment Set Up (If Applicable ) *Step by step tutorial upon completion *Full Access to your site once completed *Assist Care Options (Britt Assist support throughout the year)
Does Britt Assist provide revamps?

At this time Britt Assist does offer revamps! We design an entirely new website without having to purchase new domain names (ex: www.brittassist.com) or losing customer data.
What's the turn around time for my website?

Standard service time is one month.
Can my website be completed within 24 hours?

Yes! Britt Assist offers 24 hour turnaround time for website creations. Additional fees will apply.
Will I have full access to my website once it's completed?

Yes, Britt Assist is here to assist not replace or take over. We transfer your website over to you and provide you with step by step tutorials on how to maintain it moving forward.
When will my graphic design be completed?

All graphic designs have a turnaround time of 48 business hours.
Can I have my graphic within 3 hours?

Yes. Britt, Assist offers rush services for graphic designs. Additional fees apply.
How much are mind mapping sessions?

Mind mapping sessions vary based on how many hours you'd like to book. All sessions will include a full business report that highlights the following: - Brief business audit -Solution report -Step by step action plan Important categories we target -Administrative -Marketing -Branding -Social Awareness
Where do sessions take place?

At this time all mind mapping sessions are currently virtual. Clients will have access to to share their screen to go over our checklist.
Are mind mapping sessions recorded?

All mind mapping sessions are recorded for Britt Assist records. If you'd prefer your session to not be recorded, please let your Britt Assist rep know upon joining your scheduled session. If you'd like the copy of the zoom an additional fee of $50 will apply.
Do I have to have my camera on?

Yes. All attendees including your Britt Assist rep must have their cameras on.
I have multiple businesses, can we talk about all of them?

Additional businesses may not be discussed during your mind mapping session. If you have additional businesses you'd like to map out, another session will have to be booked.
Will I be able to take notes?

Note-taking is a must! We encourage all clients to take as many notes and ask as many questions as they can during their sessions.
